AA Foreign Minister Maulvi Amir Khan Mottaki met with Indonesian Foreign Minister Retino Marsudia ahead of the International Islamic Conference in Islamabad.

Afghanistan’s relations with Indonesia as a major Islamic country have been hailed as historic and emphasis has been placed on good relations for the future.

The meeting called on Indonesia to cooperate in economic, educational and political affairs in light of the current situation in Afghanistan.
