Foreign nationals of Afghan origin traveling to Afghanistan with a foreign passport can enter the country without a visa under the following conditions:
• Foreign nationals of Afghan origin whose birth place is listed as Afghanistan on their passport.
• Foreign nationals of Afghan origin whose birth place is not mentioned as Afghanistan on their passport but who possess an Afghan identification card (Tazkira), Afghan passport, or a certificate of identity from Afghan diplomatic/Consular missions abroad.
• Those Afghan nationals who have relinquish their citizenship will be treated as foreign nationals when issuing visas.
