The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan expresses its grave concern over the escalation of violence in the region and condemns the recent drone attacks on civilian infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates, particularly the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant.
IEA-MoFA calls on all sides involved to exercise restraint and caution, respect international principles and obligations, and avoid further escalation, so that the ongoing conflicts may be resolved through dialogue and peaceful means.
