The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan welcomes comments by the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, Mr. Sergey Lavrov, supporting more stable, sustainable and pragmatic dialogue with the Afghan government.
The Islamic Emirate has always stressed that, as a responsible government, it stands ready to have a comprehensive and result-oriented dialogue with all sides on common issues.
The Afghan government underscores to all countries, including Russia, that the causes of insecurity in Afghanistan have ceased with the end of occupation, and there now exists a conducive environment for investment and implementation of major projects.
