IEA-MoFA welcomes the statements of the leadership of the Russian Federation, the Minister of Foreign Affairs & other officials, expressing their political determination to develop relations with the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
IEA-MoFA underscores that based on mutual respect and shared interests, IEA has strong political determination regarding further developing and strengthening positive relations so as to secure the interests of the peoples of the two countries.
Following decades of war & instability in the country, the past three years have proven that Afghanistan, as a responsible government, has provided a good opportunity for all the regional countries to work for developing positive relations by taking bilateral priorities into consideration, in the pursuit of this goal, several countries have made significant progress thereof.
