Today, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, officially introduced Dr. Mohammad Naeem as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Administrative & Finance Affairs during a formal ceremony attended by directors, deputies, and staff of the ministry.
Dr. Mohammad Naeem, appointed by a decree of IEA-Supreme Leader as the Deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, formally assumed his responsibilities today.
Dr. Mohammad Naeem, prior the victory, served as a member of the Cultural Commission of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and as a member of the Political Office in Qatar. Following the victory, he assumed the role of as the Chargé d’Affaires of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Qatar.
