Ms. Al-Misnad said her ministry’s scope is providing domestic livelihood, work, economic & educational services for orphans, women & disabled, & organizing affairs of charitable organizations, adding they stand ready to provide humanitarian aid to the Afghan people in need. Appreciating their mandate and responsibility in the ministry, Minister Muttaqi invited her to visit Afghanistan & closely observe the situation of women, orphans & the disabled, & provide services to children, women, and others through Qatari charitable organizations. To end, the Qatari delegation agreed to visit Afghanistan to possibly open offices for their charitable foundations & lay the foundation for helping those in need.
