This platform facilitates the resolution of issues & complaints from citizens within & outside the country, provides responses to their requests, & ensures coordination & guidance on matters related to foreign nationals.
As part of this process, the required forms and requested information are submitted to the ministry, where an assigned official is responsible for coordinating these matters with relevant government bodies. Additionally, responses & guidance will be communicated to the individuals submitting inquiries.
