Mr. Mohammad Reza Bahrami, the Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, called on IEA-Foreign Minister, Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi on the sidelines of the 8th meeting of the Moscow Format meeting.
The meeting focused on Afghan-Iran relations, regional developments, and ways to further strengthen mutual cooperation between the two countries.
Expressing appreciation for Iran’s engagement on Afghanistan and its constructive participation in regional meetings, FM Muttaqi stressed the need for further expansion of relations between the two countries.
Mr. Bahrami underscored the importance of Afghan-Iran relations and shared his country’s views on regional cooperation, stability, and economic engagement.
