The Embassy of the I. E. A in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, is now fully operational under the administration of diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.It is hereby to inform that, as of Sunday, 15 September 2024, the IEA-Embassy has officially resumed its routine operations and consular services for both Afghan and Omani citizens.
With the cooperation of the host nation, the resumption IEA-Embassy’s operations will play a pivotal role in strengthening bilateral relations between Kabul and Muscat, facilitating enhanced political, economic, social, and religious engagement.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan expresses its gratitude to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman for its cooperation in this regard.
