Mr. Lindsay, the United Kingdom’s Special Representative for Afghanistan, called on Dr. Mohammad Naeem, Deputy Minister for Administrative and Financial Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
The meeting focused on Afghanistan’s political, economic and security situation, regional stability, humanitarian assistance and consular services.
Dr. Mohammad Naeem expressed his appreciation for the United Kingdom’s humanitarian assistance and cooperation with Afghanistan, expressing hope for the continuation of cooperation, and emphasized strengthening relations between the two sides.
Mr. Lindsay, the United Kingdom’s Special Representative, underscored the importance of mutual trust between Afghanistan and the United Kingdom and reaffirmed the continuation of cooperation in the fields of humanitarian assistance and consular services.
