Pursuant to Clause (2) of Resolution No. (5), dated 1/3/1447, adopted by the Council of Ministers of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, and Decree No. 1825/696, dated 20/3/1447, of His Highness the Amir al-Mu’minin, may Allah protect him, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs convened a training seminar for its staff members on simplification of administrative procedures.
Simplification of administrative processes constitutes one of the Ministry’s priorities. To date, a number of procedures within the consular department have been streamlined to enhance accessibility and facilitate service delivery for Afghan citizens and other applicants. This initiative is envisaged to be progressively extended to other departments of the Ministry.
The seminar was delivered by MoFA’s Technical Committee for the Simplification of Administrative Procedures, with the aim of providing practical awareness and training employees of the Ministry’s central directorates on the simplification and facilitation of various administrative procedures.
