Based on the Decision No. 4 date 2/3/1397 (May 23, 2018) of the Cabinet of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Deputy Minister for Management and Resources of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Nasir Ahmad Andisha, Director General of Consulate Affairs and officials of the relevant units shall address the issues and complaints of the clients of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan.
While approaching MoFA for any services such as processing their documents, any clients who face problems may fill the complaints form (a link of which is given at the end of this announcement) and send them to the email address (firstname.lastname@example.org). Hard copies of the complaint forms are available at the reception of Consulate Affairs; Cultural Relations; and Diplomatic Archives Departments and the clients can also fill them in hard copies and put them inside complaint boxes thereby.
It is to stress that all the problems, complaints and suggestions of the respected clients are read and assessed by the Deputy Foreign Minister for Management and Resources and heads of departments and serious measures are taken to address and resolve them.
This is to be mentioned that the process of addressing issues and complaints is continuously in progress and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs strives to ensure that the queries and work of our citizens are addressed in a timely manner and to the best possible quality.
