The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan appreciates the humanitarian aid of the Republic of Tajikistan for the victims of the earthquake in Herat and calls this step highly commendable.

The first batch of the aids, which arrived in Herat last week, includes food items, clothing, medicine and some other stuffs for the rehabilitation and emergency use.

This aid was handed over to the members of the commission assigned by IEA for distributing aid to the victims of the earthquake.
