Pakistani Ambassador Summoned

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan summoned the Ambassador of Pakistan in Kabul in response to Pakistani military airstrikes on Afghanistan’s Nangarhar & Khost provinces, which resulted in the martyrdom of three civilians & injuries to seven others. A letter of protest was handed over to the envoy.

IEA-MoFA vehemently condemned Pakistan’s violation of Afghanistan’s airspace & the bombing near the Durand Line, deeming it a blatant breach of Afghanistan’s territorial integrity & a provocative act.

IEA-MoFA made it clear that protecting Afghanistan’s airspace constitutes a red line for the Islamic Emirate, cautioning that such irresponsible actions will inevitably entail consequence.
