The Special Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, Dr. Mutlaq Al-Qahtani met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi along with his delegation met with the ambassadors and SRs of several countries based in Qatar.
In the meeting, the two sides discussed confidence building, taking practical steps thereof, removing blacklists & lifting sanctions, unfreezing DAB reserves, economic stability of Afghanistan, countering narcotics,& held two-day talks at plenary & technical committees level.
Today, the Turk Amb. Mr. Cihad Erginay, called on IEA Deputy Foreign Minister for political Affairs, Al-Haj Sher Muhammad Abbas Stanakzai.
IEA Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir khan Muttaqi received a group of Islamic scholars having come from UK.
