Today, Pakistani National Security Adviser Moeed Yusuf & accompanying delegation called on IEA Acting Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi at Storai Palace, MoFA.

Mr. Yusuf pledged cooperation on behalf of his country, adding both countries have an economic-centric vision which is positive progress & both should work to enchance it.

He said Pakistan was ready to cooperate in Chaman & Torkham crossings to facilitate transit & movement of people.

Minister Muttaqi thanked them for their cooperation & assured them of cooperation,calling for facilitation of crossing for people, patients & traders living on both sides of the line.

Minister Muttaqi said we have opened a transit route between Uzbekistan, Tajikistan & Turkmenistan for trade & expect you to provide facilities for our traders.In the meeting, the two sides agreed to form a joint committee for commerce to address any possible future impediments, & to develope & grow trade.
