Dr. Murdif Al-Qashouti, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Qatar, called on IEA-Foreign Minister, Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi.
The meeting focused on bilateral relations between Afghanistan and Qatar, upgrading diplomatic relations , and regional matters.
At the outset, describing Afghanistan’s relations with the State of Qatar as important, FM Muttaqi ppreciated Qatar’s supportive role in various regional and international forums.
Regarding the relations between the two countries as developing, Dr. Murdif Al-Qashouti assured that Qatar stands ready to play a positive role in further expanding Afghanistan’s foreign relations in multilateral forums.
