During meeting, views were exchanged on strengthening trade, transit,
railway and agricultural sectors of the two countries.
Furthermore, the two sides emphasised utilising the existing opportunities so as to develop the all-round relations between the two countries.
Likewise, it was promised to facilitate and increase exports and imports between the two countries, and pay special attention to the problems of the businessmen.
Meanwhile, the Governor of the said province once again expressed his gratitude and called the visit of the FM Muttaqi to Iran and especially to Mashhad significant and positive. In the end, FM Muttaqi thanked the Islamic Republic of Iran for its hospitality and expressed hope for cooperation and better treatment with Afghan refugees and businessmen living in Mashhad.
On the sidelines of official visit to Iran, FM Muttaqi along with his delegation arrived in Mashhad, Khorasan Rizvi Province today, where he was warmly welcomed by the governor of the province, Mr. Nazari.
