Today, the Turkish Ambassador to Kabul Mr. Cenk Ünal called on IEA Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi.
The meeting focused on enhanced bilateral relations between Afghanistan and Türkiye, upgrading diplomatic relations level, and other regional issues.
Minister Muttaqi expressed gratitude to the Turkish government for facilitating the Afghan government diplomats to advance the affairs in Ankara and Istanbul, adding that the relations with Türkiye is of particular importance for IEA.
The Turkish Ambassador assured that his country is trying to upgrade diplomatic relations between Afghanistan and Türkiye, hoping to make good progress in political, economic, and other spheres.
