The Chargé d’Affaires of the Republic of Turkey, Mr. Sadin Ayyildiz calls on IEA-Foreign Minister, Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi.
The two sides exchanged views on recent regional developments, including the outcomes of the talks held in Urumqi, China.
Calling bilateral relations constructive, FM Muttaqi read expressed appreciation for Turkey’s previous mediation efforts. He further noted that the recent talks with the Pakistani side have thus far been encouraging, expressing optimism that outstanding technical matters will not impede the momentum of the dialogue process.
Later, the Turkish Chargé d’Affaires said that his country attaches social importance in fostering positive relations between Afghanistan & Pakistan, reaffirming Turkey’s continued efforts thereof.
