FM Muttaqi called for the release of Afghan prisoners in Pakistan before the arrival of Eid-ul-Fitr, in response to which Mr. Bhutto Zardari gave assurances about their release.
The two sides also agreed to further develop diplomatic relations.
IEA Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi in a telephonic conversation with his Pakistani counterpart Mr. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari spoke on a host of crucial and bilateral political, economic, transit, and trade issues between the two countries.
