At the outset, welcoming FM Muttaqi and his the delegation, Mr. Abdullahian expressed happiness and gratitude to Mr. Muttaqi for participating in the conference held on the issue of Palestine and delivering an effective speech.
The Iranian Foreign Minister appreciated the positive position of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan regarding the issue of Palestine.
Adding further, the Iranian Foreign Minister elaborated on measures aiming at strengthening political, economic, trade & transit relations between the two countries.
FM Muttaqi had all-ranged discussions with his Iranian counterpart to resolve the problems of Afghan inmates and refugees in Iran, meanwhile, FM Abdollahian assured cooperation thereof.
To end, both sides exchanged views on increasing Afghanistan-Iran diplomatic relations.
