At the outset, welcoming the Kazakh Ambassador, FM Muttaqi called the current streamline of the relations between Afghanistan positive and beneficial to both nations.
Expressing happiness for having positive relations with the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the Kazakh Ambassador Mr. Alim Khan Yasin Gildaye said that he wants to further enhance trade and political relations with Afghanistan, adding further, he informed FM Muttaqi on the behalf of his country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs that the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan has officially removed the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan from the sanction list.
Expressing gratitude to the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, FM Muttaqi said that there is a need for taking practical measures to eliminate the existing hindrances between the two countries.
In the end, FM Muttaqi said that Afghanistan stands committed to having positive relations with Kazakhstan, stressing that both should continue cooperation in various domains.
