The Russian Special Envoy said that some countries seek to implement their agendas via creation of new mechanisms, however nothing must be done without the agreement of the Afghan government, adding if any country has an issue with Afghanistan should raise it bilaterally with the Afghan government.
Moreover, Mr. Kabulov said that some countries see regional countries expanding cooperation with the Afghan government, thus are seeking to exploit regional issues through creation of new mechanisms.Mr. Kabulov stressed that the United States of America should release Afghanistan’s bank reserves, and let these reserves contribute to Afghanistan’s economy.To end, expressing readiness for Afghan businessmen to travel to Russia & explore business opportunities between the two countries, Mr. Kabulov said that Russia is ready to expand trade relations with Afghanistan.
