The newly appointed UAE-Ambassador, Mr. Saif Mohammed Al-Ketbi presented the copy of his credentials to IEA-Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi.
Welcoming the new UAE-Ambassador, FM Muttaqi wished him success in his mission & stressed that there are opportunities to enhance relations between the two countries in various areas that need to be utilised.
FM Muttaqi stressed on the importance of further developing trade ties between the two countries & creating visa facilitation for Afghans.
Describing the Afghan-UAE relations as historic, Mr. Al-Ketbi pledged to work on new projects in the fields of bilateral trade & transit.
Mr. Saif Mohammed Al-Ketbi also noted that efforts would be made to create visa facilitation for Afghan businessmen.
