FM Muttaqi said that the Islamic Emirate seeks positive relations with neighboring & regional countries based on diplomacy, understanding, & mutual respect, adding further, he said noticeable progress has been made in political & economic relations with KazakhstanAppreciating Afghanistan’s constructive positions, the Kazakh Enovy assured continued cooperation in various areas, stressing that regional stability is a shared responsibility that can be ensured through trust, better security, & economic cooperation.
