The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan condemns the recent explosion targeting ordinary train passengers in Quetta, Balochistan province, which resulted in the loss of a number of civilian lives and injuries to others.
The killing and harming of civilians, by anyone and in any form, is condemnable.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses its condolences to the families of the victims and conveys its deep sympathy with them.
