Today, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, held a telephonic conversation with Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Khulaifi, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar.
During the call, both sides discussed upgrading the level of diplomatic relations between the two countries, expanding bilateral cooperation, and the expected visit of the Afghan Foreign Minister to Doha in the near future.
