Informing them about the progress in the areas of security, economy and trade, FM Muttaqi encouraged them to share their problems, advice and suggestions with him.
Later, expressing thanks to FM Muttaqi for paying a visit and acknowledging the service IEA providing, several Afghan businessmen and tribal leaders requested that the process of issuing passports be extended.
In response to the request, FM Muttaqi gave assurance that in the near future the process of issuing passports will be expanded and expedited in Qatar,as already instructed the relevant departments thereof.
The participants of the meeting requested FM Muttaqi to facilitate the issuance of Qatar’s visas, direct flights from Kabul to Doha and create employment opportunities to Afghans.
Also, Muttaqi conducted a meeting with the officials of the political office of the Islamic Emirate Afghanistan in Qatar and Afghan citizens.
